OPEN STUDIOS 2010

Open Studios presents an opportunity to meet artists in their studios or workplace and see them at work. Participating artists will be opening their studios to the public on selected weekends throughout October 2010, between the hours of 10AM to 1PM and 2PM to 6PM., giving visitors the unique opportunity to meet them and speak about their creative process in a relaxed and informal setting. There is no need to make an appointment, there are no entry fees or charges and while not the main focus of the Event, it is also an opportunity to buy artworks direct from the artists, or to commission special pieces.

HOW DO I FIND THE OPEN STUDIOS?

From mid-September, pick up a FREE copy of the Guide to Artists at all CTO offices and many businesses across Cyprus. You can also download the Guide from this website. To help you find your way, participating artists will display an official Open Studios banner or poster outside their premises. Please note that only artists displaying the Open Studios logo are legitimate participants. On this website and in the Guide to Open Studios 2010 are directions to the studios, addresses and telephone numbers of each participating artist, together with suggested 'Studio Routes' to help you plan your studio visits.
